Day 5 – Dried Roses

As I made a fire this morning in the basement to heat our home, I noticed some dried roses on a shelf.  They were put there to dry out, and they did so, beautifully!  They were a precious gift to my youngest from her Grandma.  You see, Grandma traveled 12 hours straight to surprise her as she took the stage in her first lead role in a children’s musical in October.  I thought they would be perfect for today’s #project365.  Also, due to the blessing in which they came to be ours this image falls into my personal challenge #thenoticinghour.  I would LOVE for you to join me!

I’m beginning to really appreciate looking for the beauty to capture each day!  I think these turned out pretty cool.
